Statistical Method for Micropores Number of Rotary Bodies Based on Machine Vision
The oil filter is an important component in hydraulic system oil circuit, and the number of holes on the fil-ter is one of the key indicators for the quality inspection.Due to its small size and large number of micropores, manual de-tection is almost impossible. An on machine inspection system is established for counting the number of micropores on the surface of the rotating parts after CNC machining process, avoiding machine errors caused by the secondary clamping.A uni-versal method for counting the number of micropores is proposed. It does not require the establishment of a matching tem-plate in advance and can adaptively count the number of micropores on various rotating parts. The high accuracy of hole count statistics is guaranteed by the adaptive positioning of the scanning line and period estimation algorithms.Meanwhile,a practical and feasible method for calibrating the actual number of holes is proposed to provide an important reference for evaluating the performance of hole counting algorithms.
