自动定位测量的L角间隙视觉检测方法

针对某型破甲弹摆帽安装L角间隙人工测量一致性差、效率低以及机器视觉测量精度低等问题,提出了基于支持向量机(SVM)的多特征融合模板匹配定位方法和利用NMS-OTSU非极小值抑制算法进行间隙边缘特征提取的机器视觉复合检测方法,实现了L角间隙的自动识别定位与精确测量.实验结果表明,该方法可精确定位到间隙区域,并可精准检测0.05~0.3mm的间隙宽度,测量误差小于0.02mm,可以实现复杂工况下L角间隙的精确测量,满足实际自动化装配生产需求.
Visual Detection Method for L-angle Gap of Automatic Positioning Measurement
Amming at the problem of poor manual measurement consistency,the low efficiency and low machine vision measurement accuracy of L-angle gap installed on the swing cap of a certain type of armor breaking projectile,a machine vi-sion composite detection method based on SVM multi-feature fusion template matching location and NMS-OTSU non mini-mum suppression algorithm for extracting the edge feature of gap are proposed,which realizes automatic identification,loca-tion and accurate measurement of L-angle gap.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can locate the gap area and detect the gap width of 0.05~0.3mm accurately,and the measurement error is less than 0.02mm.The proposed method realizes accurate measurement of L-angle gap under current complex working conditions,and meets the needs of ac-tual automatic assembly production.
