超低温内喷式数控铣床开放式数控系统开发

摘要
传统数控加工系统难以满足超低温灵活加工的试验需求,通过研发开放式数控系统以兼容更加多样的加工条件.基于"工业计算机(IPC)+PMAC"架构开发了超低温内喷铣床的开放式数控系统,并在数控系统中开发了G代码运动控制功能,实现了液氮调控功能.在机床上进行的运动精度测试结果表明,开发的开放式数控系统及相关功能满足超低温加工需求.
Abstract
The traditional CNC system is difficult to adapt the flexible test requirements of cryogenic machining.The problem can be solved by the development of open CNC system.Based on the architecture of"IPC+PMAC",an open CNC system of cryogenic machining internal cooling milling machine is developed.In this CNC system,the G-code motion control function is developed,and the liquid nitrogen control function is achieved.The motion accuracy test results show that the developed open CNC system and related functions can adapt the requirements of cryogenic machining.
