Spatial Straightness Error Evaluation Based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm
In order to evaluate the spatial straightness error,simulated annealing algorithm is used to study the calcu-lation of deep hole center line,coordinate transformation and projection,minimum cover circle and so on.Simulated annea-ling algorithm is a kind of optimization algorithm based on metal annealing mechanism.It can find out the global maximum point of the objective function from the probabilistic sense by random search technology,and then obtain the relevant param-eters of the objective function to the global maximum point.According to the obtained relevant parameters,coordinate trans-formation of measuring point coordinates and the minimum circle coverage are carried out,so as to obtain the straightness error.Using MATLAB software to program,the spatial straightness error is calculated by an example,and the results are compared with those of other methods.The feasibility and superiority of the simulated annealing algorithm are verified.
