摘要
针对多轴曲面铣削现有技术,阐述典型的多轴铣削模型,归纳不同铣削工艺对加工效率及加工质量的影响.从铣刀几何模型、多轴铣削力模型、铣削能耗模型、工艺参数优化和刀具路径优化等方面对多轴曲面铣削技术的国内外研究现状进行综述,展望了多轴曲面铣削技术的发展趋势.
Abstract
In the context of existing technologies for multi-axis surface milling,a typical multi-axis milling model is described.The effects of different milling processes on machining efficiency and quality are summarized.The current status of domestic and international research on multi-axis surface milling technology is reviewed in terms of milling tool geometry models,multi-axis milling force models,milling energy consumption models,as well as process parameter optimization and tool path optimization.The development trend of multi-axis surface milling technology is proposed.
