Influence Analysis on Process Stability of Cylindrical Grinding Parameters Based on MATLAB
The nonlinear dynamic microscopic model is established by comparing the macroscopic structure of grind-ing dynamics,and the nonlinear dynamic equation of grinding is deduced.Faddeev algorithm is used to linearize the nonlin-ear dynamic equation to calculate the system characteristic values,and stability prediction is carried out to obtain the factors affecting the system stability.Based on MATLAB,the stability diagram obtained by transforming the value range under dif-ferent influence factors is drawn,and the time-domain response diagram and eigenvalue location diagram corresponding to the state change transition period of different values of the same parameter are studied for comparison and conclusions are drawn.
