干切9Cr18不锈钢的成型刀具设计及加工工艺

针对9Cr18 不锈钢材料耐磨性好,韧性、强度高,热导率低等难加工特点,结合加工现场干切及成型加工的实际需求,采用刀具材料、刃口参数、涂层协同优化设计的方法进行成型刀具设计.选取耐磨性好、具备干切能力、与铁基元素亲和力小的刀具材料,匹配耐高温、耐磨、润滑性良好的涂层涂覆,再兼顾刀具材料、涂层需求、加工工况等实际情况设计合理刀具参数.采取合适的加工工艺制造出成型刀具,使其达到刃形合理、刃口与涂层结合紧密、刃口质量良好、齿形准确、排屑顺畅等指标,满足实际生产要求.
Design and Processing of Forming Tool for Dry Cutting 9Cr18 Stainless Steel
In response to the difficult machining characteristics of 9Cr18 stainless steel material,such as good wear resistance,toughness,high strength,and low thermal conductivity,combined with the actual needs of on-site dry cutting and forming processing,a collaborative optimization design method of tool materials,cutting edge parameters,and coating is adopted.Tool materials with good wear resistance,dry cutting ability,and low affinity with iron based material are selected.Coating with high temperature resistance,wear resistance,and good lubrication is applied.Reasonable tool parameters based on actual conditions such as tool materials,coating requirements,and working conditions is designed.Appropriate processing techniques are adopted to manufacture forming cutting tools that meet actual production requirements,such as reasonable cutting edge,close connection between cutting tool and coating,good cutting tool quality,accurate tooth profile,and smooth chip removal.
