Optimization of Cutting Clip Scheme and Cutting Parameters for Semi-conical Thin-wall Parts
A semi-conical thin-walled part has the characteristics of poor rigidity, difficult clamping and long machi-ning time, which is easy to produce the problems of uneven wall thickness and out-of-tolerance size after processing.Accord-ing to the structural characteristics of the part, three clamping schemes are proposed, and the processing deformation of the part is estimated by finite element simulation, and the processing scheme with the smallest deformation is selected.Under the premise of satisfying the cutting deformation, the optimal combination of cutting parameters is selected based on the cut-ting time optimization goal, and finally, the feasibility of the optimized clamping scheme and cutting parameters is verified by cutting experiments.
