Iterative Calculation of Adjusting Parameters for Grinding Chip Holding Grooves of Spiral Groove Taps
When machining the chip containing groove of a spiral groove tap,adjusting parameters has a significant impact on the machining accuracy of the spiral groove.The use of precise calculation methods requires controlling the tran-scendental equation,and the solution is relatively cumbersome.An iterative algorithm for adjusting parameters is proposed,which uses computer iterative calculation.After experimental verification,the results are reliable in the grinding of the chip containing groove of a spiral groove tap.
