摘要

分别添加不同粒度钌粉制备硬质合金,采用光学金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计、抗弯强度检测仪、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对比研究了添加不同粒度钌粉硬质合金的性能和钌在钴中的固溶量.结果表明:随着钌粉粒度的降低,合金的抗弯强度、洛氏硬度和断裂韧性均有所提高,钌粉越细,增幅越大;随着钌粉粒度的降低,钌在β相中的固溶量有明显提高;添加不同粒度钌粉制备的硬质合金显微组织无明显差异,金相无异常.

Abstract

Different particle sizes of ruthenium powder are added to prepare hard alloys.The properties of hard al-loys with different particle sizes of ruthenium powder and the solid solution of ruthenium in cobalt are compared and stud-ied using optical metallographic microscopy,rockwell hardness tester,bending strength tester,scanning electron microsco-py,and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that as the particle size of ruthenium powder is decreased,the bending strength,rockwell hardness and fracture toughness of the alloy all are increased,and the finer the ruthenium powder is,the more significant the improvement is.As the particle size of ruthenium powder is decreased,ruthenium β of the solid solu-tion content in the phase is increased significantly.There is no significant difference in the microstructure of the hard alloy prepared by adding ruthenium powder with different particle sizes,and the metallographic phase is uniform without any ab-normalities.
