摘要

股骨颈骨折是股骨头以下至股骨基底部之间的骨折,在内固定治疗时存在不同角度的置钉需求.采用正交实验设计方案对各向异性股骨颈材料进行仿真实验和牛股骨钻削实验,旨在研究施加生理盐水条件下股骨颈斜向钻削基理.对采集的钻削轴向力和温度结果进行方差和响应面分析,并通过Design-Expert软件对实验结果进行寻优.研究结果表明:在研究范围内,钻削参数为n=1500r/min,f=40mm/min时,各角度轴向力最低;钻削角度超过20.9°时,进给速度为40mm/min的生理盐水流速存在局限性.

Abstract

Femoral neck fracture is a fracture between the femoral head and the base of the femur.There is a need for nail placement at different angles during internal fixation.The simulation experiment of anisotropic femoral neck material and the drilling experiment of bovine femoral bone are carried out by orthogonal experimental design scheme,aiming at studying the principle of oblique drilling of femoral neck under the condition of applying physiological saline.The variance and response surface analysis of the collected drilling axial force and temperature results are carried out,and the test results are optimized by Design-Expert software.The results show that the axial force of each angle is the lowest when the drilling parameters are n=1500r/min and f=40mm/min.When drilling exceeds 20.9°,the coolant flow rate of 40mm/min has limitations.
