以某大型风扇钛合金整体叶盘叶片为载体,对其叶片在铣削加工时由刀具磨损、崩刃、振动带来的振纹问题开展基于公差约束的叶片表面振纹修复方法研究,在此基础上通过提取振纹边界,编制基于振纹位置的四重截面线检测程序、基于公差约束的在机测量截面线双向偏置、基于偏置曲线的振纹加工表面重构、振纹位置切削程序重新计算和补偿加工的方式,提出大型风扇钛合金整体叶盘叶片振纹的铣削加工修复解决方案,并进行加工验证.结果表明:在零件实际加工中,该技术在修复由崩刃导致的叶片加工振纹、避免由于加工振纹等导致叶盘报废的问题、保证零件的加工精度以及改善加工质量等方面有明显效果.
Repairing Technology of Blade Surface Chatter Mark Based on Tolerance Constraint
In this paper,a large fan titanium alloy blisk blade is selected as the carrier,a method of repairing chatter mark on the blade surface is carried out based on tolerance constraints to solve the problem of chatter mark,which is caused by tool damage,chipping and vibration during the process of a large fan titanium alloy blisk blade machining.Furthermore,solutions of milling machining and repairing blisk blade chatter mark,by abstracting chatter mark borders,programming measure program through quadruple section lines based on chatter mark location,bidirectional offsetting online measuring section lines based on tolerance constraint,reconstructing chatter mark machining surfaces based on offsetting curves,recal-culating chatter mark machining program and compensation machining are proposed and verified.According to the results of machined blisk blades,the method improves significantly the machining quality of blisk blades,such as repairing blade chatter mark due to tool chipping,avoiding the scraping problem of chatter mark.
