立铣刀磨削加工的棒料装夹偏差补偿技术

刀具棒料装夹偏差是影响刀具磨削精度不可忽视的重要因素.本文基于在机测量探测刀具棒料上各采样点位置的装夹偏差,建立了理论刀具刃线上点的偏差估算方法,在实际磨削加工时,将偏差值反向补偿至磨削轨迹,从而减小刀具的装夹偏差对刀具磨削精度的影响.通过试验磨削四刃平底刀和双刃球刀,在棒料装夹偏差较大的情况下,采用补偿的方式能够提高刀具外形磨削精度.
Grinding Compensation of Rod Clamping Error Based on End Mill Grinding
Clamping error of tool bar is an important factor which affects the dimensional precision of tool in grinding process.In this paper,the clamping error of each sampling point on the tool bar is detected by on-machine measurement sys-tem,and the error estimation method of the point on the theoretical tool edge curve is researched.In the actual grinding process,the rod clamping error is inversely compensated to the grinding trajectory,thereby reducing the influence of the rod clamping errors on the tool dimensional precision.By the experiment of grinding four-edged flat end tool and double-edged ball end tool,in the case of large clamping error of tool bar,the tool dimensional precision can be improved by compensation.
