本文总结了切削过程中的塑性理论和切削力研究现状,通过对滑移线场理论、刀具与切屑间应力应变、工件与刀具间摩擦以及切削力进行综述,对目前切削过程中存在的问题进行讨论,并展望未来的研究应融入更多相关学科理论,结合有关力学理论进行多层次、多因素的融合建模,形成系统、完整和应用广泛的理论.
Current Status of Research on Slip Line Field Theory and Cutting Forces in Cutting Machining
This article summarizes the shaping theory and cutting force research in the cutting process. Through the review of slip line field theory,cutter-chip stress strain,workpiece and tool-to-tool friction and cutting force. The current problems in the cutting process are discussed,and it is expected that future research should integrate more related discipline theories,combine multi-level and multi-factor fusion modeling based on multiple mechanical foundations,and form a sys-tematic,complete and widely applied theory. It provides researchers with the research progress of related theories,which is convenient for in-depth and more extensive research.
