摘要
针对航空发动机大型风扇钛合金整体叶盘零件加工过程中出现的让刀、振动、变形等加工问题,开展了基于特征的整体叶盘加工参数优化及质量控制方法研究.通过提取叶盘的叶片、流道、辐板等加工特征,结合叶盘轮廓铣、插铣等常用加工策略,提出针对特征弱刚性受力方向切削力控制的参数优化解决方案,并进行加工验证.结果表明,基于特征的整体叶盘加工参数优化及质量控制方法对缩短数控程序加工时间、降低最大切削力以及满足尺寸精度要求等方面有明显效果.
Abstract
Taking a blisk as a carrier,aiming at the problems of cutter relieving,vibration,deformation and so on,in the process of machining titanium alloy blisk parts of large-scale aero-engine fans,the feature-based overall blisk machining parameter optimization and quality control method research are carried out. Extracting the processing features such as blades,runners,and webs of the blisk,combined with common processing strategies such as blisk contour milling and plunge milling,a parameter optimization solution for the control of cutting force in the direction of force with weak rigidity of the feature is proposed. The relevant analysis and optimization results are in machining verification on parts. The results show that in the actual machining of parts,this feature-based blisk machining parameter optimization and quality control method have obvious effects on shortening the machining time of the blisk machining NC program,reducing the maximum cutting force,and meeting the requirements of dimensional accuracy.
