考虑切削参数和温度影响的ZM5镁合金刀—屑摩擦模型研究

刀—屑摩擦特性对镁合金切削过程中的切削力、切削温度及刀具磨损有较大影响.基于刀—屑接触区的摩擦理论,结合有限元仿真技术,构建考虑切削参数以及温度影响的ZM5刀—屑摩擦理论模型.根据所构建的模型,在ABAQUS软件提供的用户VFRIC子程序接口中编写ZM5镁合金摩擦子程序,并将其应用于仿真模拟.结果表明,仿真获得的切削力、切削温度与实验值的误差均在合理范围内,证实本文所构建的ZM5镁合金刀—屑摩擦模型具有较好的准确性.
Study on Friction Model of ZM5 Magnesium Alloy Chips Considering Influence of Cutting Data and Temperature
The friction characteristics of tool chips have a great influence on the cutting force,cutting temperature and tool wear during the magnesium alloy cutting process. Based on the friction theory of the cutter chip contact area and com-bined with finite element simulation technology,a ZM5 sawdust friction theory model considering the influence of cutting da-ta and temperature is constructed. According to the model,the ZM5 magnesium alloy friction subprogram is written in the VFRIC interface of the user friction subprogram provided by ABAQUS software and applied to the simulation. The results show that the errors of cutting force,cutting temperature and experimental values obtained by simulation are within a reason-able range,which proves that the ZM5 magnesium alloy blade friction model constructed in this paper has good accuracy.
