数控车床加工油/套管接箍用复合刀具结构设计与分析

为适应数控制造面临的产品多样化、生产效率高效化等要求,基于生产加工经验,提出一种适用于油/套管加工的三种刀具组合的复合刀具,系统阐述了其结构设计和工作原理,并针对关键特征开展分析研究.结果表明,本文所设计的复合刀具结构合理,可有效减少换刀次数,节省换刀时间,提高加工效率及加工精度.
Design and Analysis of Composite Turning Tool Structure for Machining Oil/Casing Couplings on CNC Lathes
In order to meet the various requirements of diversified products and efficient production faced by CNC manufacturing technology,a composite turning tool with three tool combinations suitable for oil casing processing based on production and processing experience is proposed. The structural design and working principle are systematically elabora-ted,analysis and research are conducted on key features. The results show that the composite turning tool structure designed is reasonable,which can effectively reduce the number of tool changes,save tool change time,and improve machining effi-ciency and accuracy.
