辊压适张处理是提高硬质合金圆锯片动态性能的重要方法,为探寻辊压适张工艺对硬质合金圆锯片的动态特性的影响规律,基于ABAQUS软件建立硬质合金圆锯片的辊压仿真模型,分析了在不同辊压工艺参数下硬质合金圆锯片的适张应力、固有频率和静刚度的影响趋势,研究了辊压工艺参数的选择对硬质合金圆锯片动态性能的影响.结果表明:辊压载荷对硬质合金圆锯片的动态性能影响最大,辊压次数其次,辊压位置影响最小;仿真分析选择的辊压载荷为10~15kN,辊压位置为0.7R~0.8R,辊压次数为1.研究结果可为圆锯片选择合适的辊压适张处理工艺参数提供理论依据和技术参考.
Study on Influence of Roll-tensioning Process Parameters Selection on Dynamic Behaviour of Carbide Circular Saw Blades
The roll tensioning process is an important method to improve the dynamic performance of carbide circular saw blades.In order to investigate the influence of the roll tensioning process on the dynamic properties of carbide circular saw blades,a roll tensioning simulation model of carbide circular saw blades based on ABAQUS software is established,and the influence trends of the tensioning stress,inherent frequency and static stiffness of carbide circular saw blades under dif-ferent parameters of the roll tensioning process are analyzed.The results show that the rolling load has the greatest influence on the dynamic performance of the carbide circular saw blade,followed by the rolling numbers,and the rolling position has the least influence,the optimum rolling load selected by the simulation analysis is 10~15kN,the optimum rolling position is 0.7R~0.8R,the optimum rolling number is1.The results of the study can provide a theoretical basis and technical refer-ence for the selection of suitable roll tensioning process parameters for the circular saw blade.
