The roll tensioning process is an important method to improve the dynamic performance of carbide circular saw blades.In order to investigate the influence of the roll tensioning process on the dynamic properties of carbide circular saw blades,a roll tensioning simulation model of carbide circular saw blades based on ABAQUS software is established,and the influence trends of the tensioning stress,inherent frequency and static stiffness of carbide circular saw blades under dif-ferent parameters of the roll tensioning process are analyzed.The results show that the rolling load has the greatest influence on the dynamic performance of the carbide circular saw blade,followed by the rolling numbers,and the rolling position has the least influence,the optimum rolling load selected by the simulation analysis is 10~15kN,the optimum rolling position is 0.7R~0.8R,the optimum rolling number is1.The results of the study can provide a theoretical basis and technical refer-ence for the selection of suitable roll tensioning process parameters for the circular saw blade.
