针对传统整体式叶根精铣刀加工成本高、效率低的问题,提出一种镶片式结构的叶根精铣刀设计.根据某叶根型线对镶片式叶根精铣刀进行结构设计,利用ANSYS软件进行刀具的静态受力分析,得出成型后角对刀具结构的影响关系并进行结构优化;利用 NUMROTO plus 软件编制刀具精加工工艺流程及编程处理;采用SAACKE UWIF五轴刀具磨床进行加工实验验证.试验件经检测,满足刀具设计的精度要求,验证了该结构刀具的可行性,通过对比实验,验证了该刀具可以降低生产成本.
Structure Design and Parameter Optimization of Insert Blade Root Finishing Cutter
Aiming at the problem of high processing cost and low efficiency of traditional integral blade root finishing cutter,this paper proposes a design concept of blade root finishing cutter with insert structure.According to a blade root pro-file,the structure of the blade root milling cutter is designed.The static force analysis of the tool is carried out by ANSYS,and the influence of the forming angle on the tool structure is obtained,and the structure of the tool is optimized.NUM-ROTO plus software is used to compile the process flow and programming of tool finishing.The SAACKE UWIF five-axis tool grinder is used to verify the machining experiment.The test piece is tested by ZOLLER tool detector to meet the accura-cy requirements of tool design,and the feasibility of the tool is verified.Through comparative experiments,it is verified that the tool can reduce production costs.
