Coordinate System of Precision Space Structure Parts Follows Milling Processing Method
According to the characteristics of diversification,small batch and high precision aerospace structural parts,a machining method with high flexibility and strong universal type is proposed based on the on-load head of CNC ma-chine tool.In this way,the airborne measuring head is used to collect data,and the parameter compensation ability of the CNC machining system is combined to realize the effective control of the technical state.In the machining process,the typi-cal precision space structural parts are taken as the application cases,and the experimental data is analyzed and summa-rized to demonstrate the effectiveness and reliability of the method.
