Research on Cutting Temperature Simulation and Parameters Optimization in High Speed Cutting of High Strength Steel
In order to reasonably select the cutting parameters of 10CrNi3Mo high strength steel,the cutting parame-ters are optimized by cutting simulation and genetic algorithm.Based on the orthogonal test method,the influence of cutting parameters on cutting temperature is obtained by variance analysis and interaction analysis with cutting speed,back cutting amount and feed amount as independent variables and cutting temperature as response value.Based on the multiple linear regression fitting method,the regression equation prediction model of cutting temperature is established.The multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize the cutting parameters,and the optimal process parameters are tested by simulation experiments.The results show that the error between the optimal value and the simulated value is within±3%,and the es-tablished optimization model and calculation results have high reliability.
