摘要

在转子加工过程中存在各种影响转子型线加工精度的误差,大多研究都是针对中心距和安装角调整误差对转子加工的影响进行分析,但铣刀盘安装孔与螺杆铣床刀杆间隙引起的安装误差对转子型线造成的影响还有待研究.此安装误差可表现为刀盘几何轴线与回转轴线间的偏心、两轴线间的偏转、偏心与偏转的耦合三种形式,本文研究了三种形式的安装误差对转子型线的影响规律和影响大小,此研究结果对转子型线的精度分析与误差控制有一定的指导意义.

Abstract

There are various errors affecting the machining accuracy of the rotor profile in the process of rotor machi-ning.At present,many studies have analyzed the influence of the adjustment error of the center distance and the installation angle on the rotor machining.However,the influence of the installation error caused by the gap between the installation hole of the milling cutter and the cutter bar of the screw milling machine on the rotor profile is need to study.The installation er-ror can be expressed as the eccentricity between the geometric axis and the rotary axis of the cutter head,the deflection be-tween the two axes,and the coupling of eccentricity and deflection.This paper studies the influence of three forms of instal-lation errors on the rotor profile and the influence size,and it study has certain guiding significance for the accuracy analysis and error control of the rotor profile.
