摘要

振动车削因车削力小、容易断屑、刀具寿命长、表面粗糙度好等优势得到了广泛应用.针对当前振动车削装置存在的局限性,设计了一款低频轴向振动车削刀柄,采用标准化连接方式与机床进行连接且振幅可以调节,通过分析刀柄的工作原理,测试其性能参数,并对普通车削和振动车削的加工表面形貌进行对比,为振动车削的进一步应用提供指导.

Abstract

Vibration turning is widely used due to its advantages of low turning force,easy chip breakage,long tool life,and high surface finish.In response to the limitations of the current vibration turning device,a low-frequency axial vi-bration turning tool holder is designed,which is connected to the machine tool through a standardized connection method with adjustable amplitude.The working principle of the tool holder is analyzed,and the performance parameters of the tool holder are tested.The machining surface morphology of ordinary turning and vibration turning are compared and analyzed,providing guidance for the further application of vibration turning.
