干喷砂工艺对硬质合金刀片切削刃钝圆半径和粗糙度的影响

采用单因素法设计试验分别探讨了喷砂压力、喷砂时间对切削刃钝圆形状和刀片表面粗糙度的影响规律,分析并解释了其影响切削刃钝圆形状和表面粗糙度的原因.结果表明:随着喷砂压力的增加,切削刃钝圆半径呈近似线性增大;随着喷砂时间的增加,钝圆半径的增幅逐渐变缓,喷砂压力对钝圆半径的提升效果更明显.当喷砂压力达到0.28MPa时,切削刃粗糙度和前刀面粗糙度显著增加,而后刀面粗糙度受喷砂压力影响较小;在0.4~1min以内随着喷砂时间的增加,刀片切削刃和后刀面粗糙度都有所降低,前刀面粗糙度相对稳定.
Effect of Dry Blasting Process on Cutting Edge Radius and Roughness of Cemented Carbide Inserts
The influence of blasting pressure and blasting time on the micro geometry of cutting edge and the surface roughness of cutting insert is studied by using single factor method,and the reasons which affect the micro geometry and surface roughness of cutting edge are analyzed and explained.The results show that the radius of cutting edge increases line-arly with the increase of blasting pressure.With the increase of blasting time,the increase of cutting edge radius gradually slows down,and the effect of blasting pressure on cutting edge radius is more obvious.When the blasting pressure reaches 0.28MPa,the roughness of cutting edge and rake face increases significantly,while the roughness of flank face is less affect-ed by the blasting pressure.Withthe increase of blasting time within0.4~1min,the roughness of the cutting edge and the flank face decrease,and the roughness of the rake face is relatively stable.
