压气机燕尾形榫槽铣刀的加工工艺分析

燕尾形榫槽铣刀是加工压气机轮盘燕尾榫槽的重要工具,其传统加工工艺路线繁杂,加工效率低且难以保证加工精度.为解决此工艺难点,本文提出了一种新的工艺方案:根据燕尾形榫槽铣刀的结构特点确定由五轴车铣复合加工中心粗加工+五轴磨削中心精加工的工艺路线;根据工艺路线分别将ESPRIT TNG数控编程软件后置处理好的NC代码导入到VERICUT 9.2.1 数控仿真软件中,并结合NUMROTO软件生成的磨削程序进行模拟仿真;将仿真无误的数控NC代码和磨削程序分别传输到DOOSAN PUMA SMX2600ST五轴车铣复合加工中心和SAACKE UWIF五轴磨削中心中完成实际加工.加工后的刀具符合工艺要求,证明该工艺方案可行.相比传统工艺方案,该工艺在保证加工精度的前提下大幅提高加工效率和良品率.
Analysis of Processing Technology of Dovetail Tongue and Groove Milling Cutter of Compressor
The dovetail tongue and groove milling cutter is an important tool for machining dovetail tongue groove of compressor wheel discs.Its traditional processing route is complicated,the processing efficiency is low and the processing accuracy is difficult to guarantee.In order to solve the process difficulty,the article proposes a new process scheme.Accord-ing to the structural characteristics of dovetail tongue and groove milling cutters,the process route of roughing by five-axis turning and milling composite machining center and finishing machining by five-axis grinding center is determined.Accord-ing to the process route,the NC code post-processed by the ESPRIT TNG CNC programming software is imported into the VERICUT 9.2.1 CNC simulation software and the grinding program simulation generated by the NUMTOTO software.The simulated NC code and grinding program are transferred to DOOSAN PUMA SMX2600ST five-axis mill-turn machining cen-ter and SAACKE UWIF five-axis grinding center respectively to complete the actual machining.The processed tool is tested to meet the process requirements,which proves that the process scheme is feasible.Compared with the traditional process scheme,it not only ensures the processing accuracy,but also greatly improves the processing efficiency and yield rate.
