In the high hardness steel processing,the integral cemented carbide are quick wear and broken edge,so it is necessary to design the high hardness steel,the drill parameter,the drill edge treatment and the coating in processing.Thruough test process and cutting result of the design,manufacture and coating of this kind of bit is introduced.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cutting tool material,design parameters,manufacturing process and new coating of high hardness steel.The suitable design parameters and the cutting tool coating are optimized through the test and the customer's trial,in order to achieve the customer's related requirements.
