摘要

在飞机装配环节,通常使用铰刀对飞机装配孔进行精加工,但是铰刀无法修正孔的位置偏差,在加工钛合金材料时切屑容易粘在刀刃上划伤孔壁.本文提出采用单刃镗刀代替铰刀对钛合金部件的装配孔进行精加工,并给出了单刃镗刀的设计思路和制造方案.

Abstract

A reamer is usually used for finish machining of the assembly holes in aircraft assembly process.However,a reamer is unable to correct positional deviations of the holes.When the material is titanium alloy,chips are easily adhered to the cutting edge,which can scrape the hole wall.This paper proposes a method,a single-edge boring cutter is used to re-place the reamer for finishing the assembly holes of titanium alloy components,and provides the design concept and manu-facturing scheme of the single-edge boring cutter.
