Design of Single Laser Dual PSD Deep Hole Straightness Detection System
Aiming at the problem of position measurement error introduced due to laser tilt during straightness inspec-tion of deep-hole parts,a new single-laser dual PSD deep hole straightness detection system is designed.In this system,the dual PSD detection unit realizes simultaneous measurement of spot position and tilt angle.The corresponding mathematical model for angle error correction and the least squares straightness evaluation algorithm are established to improve the detec-tion accuracy of straightness of deep hole parts.Experiments show that the repeatability error of the straightness detection system is less than0.0033mm.The detection accuracy of the straightness detection system can reach0.003/400mm by u-sing a coordinate measuring machine.In the measurement of 1m deep hole part,the maximum deviation of the six measure-ments is 0.0133mm,and the maximum sample standard deviation is 0.0063mm.
