摘要

燃机涡轮盘是燃气轮机的重要零部件之一,为保证轮盘叶根装配用榫槽制造精度,研究了某型燃气轮机涡轮盘枞树型轮槽的加工工艺.针对燃机涡轮盘榫槽的加工,分别从轮槽加工和加工方式进行分析,确定采用拉削工艺进行榫槽加工;根据叶根槽的尺寸要求进行拉刀设计与制造;根据涡轮盘外形尺寸设计相应的夹具工装,固定涡轮盘形成稳定的加工状态;设计制造相应的量具和通止规;通过试块与试验盘的拉削试验分析试件表面粗糙度和尺寸误差,确定拉削工艺参数,最终实现涡轮盘榫槽的拉削加工,并在制定工艺过程中协助完善叶根槽的结构,开拓枞树型轮槽拉削加工技术.

Abstract

As one of the important parts of gas turbine,in order to ensure the manufacturing accuracy of tongue and groove for wheel disc blade root assembly,the processing technology of a certain type of gas turbine fir tree type wheel groove is studied.For the processing of turbine tongue and groove of gas turbine,the processing of tongue and groove is ana-lyzed from the wheel groove processing and processing methods,and the processing of tongue and groove is determined by broaching process.According to the requirements of the size of the leaf root groove,design and manufacture of broaching.Design the corresponding fixture tooling according to the external dimensions of the turbine disc,and fix the turbine disc to form a stable processing state.Design and manufacture of corresponding measuring tools and stop gauges.Through the broaching test of the test block and the test plate,the surface roughness and dimensional error of the test piece are analyzed to determine the broaching process parameters,and finally the broaching process of the turbine disc tongue and groove is re-alized,and the design department is assisted in improving the structure of the leaf root groove in the process of formulating the process,and the fir tree wheel groove broaching processing technology is developed.
