切削参数和几何参数对内螺纹加工切削力的影响

攻丝过程中,切削力过大是导致丝锥折断的重要原因,为深入分析切削参数和几何参数对丝锥切削力的影响,采用有限元仿真对不同切削速度、不同前角、不同螺旋角、不同锥长的丝锥进行攻丝模拟,并根据仿真结果进行试验验证,采用Kistler测力仪对攻丝过程的切削力进行在线测量.结果表明:扭矩和轴向力随着切削速度的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,当切削速度为10m/min时二者数值最大,随后逐渐减小;随着前角增大,扭矩和轴向力逐渐减小;螺旋角增大,扭矩和轴向力呈波动变化,当螺旋角为 45°时扭矩和轴向力最小;锥长和扭矩呈正相关,随着锥长增加扭矩也会增加,但锥长和轴向力呈负相关,锥长增加轴向力反而减小;试验值与仿真值变化趋势一致,最大相对误差为37.5%.
Effect of Cutting Parameters and Geometric Parameters on Cutting Force of Internal Thread Processing
In the process of tapping,excessive cutting force is an important reason for the cutting of the tap.In order to deeply analyze the effects of cutting parameters and geometric parameters on the cutting force of the tap,finite element simulation is used to simulate the tapping with different cutting speeds,different rake angles,different helix angles and dif-ferent tap lengths,and experimental validation is carried out according to the simulation results,and the cutting force of tap-ping is measured by the Kistler dynamometer.The results show that:the torque and axial force increase as the cutting speed increased first,then decrease.When the cutting speed is 10m/min,the value of the two is the largest,and then gradually de-creases.Torque and axial force gradually decrease.The spiral angle increases,the torque and axial force are fluctuated.When the spiral angle is 45°,the torque and axial force are the smallest.There is a positive correlation between torque and tap length,but tap length is negatively related to the axial force.The test value is consistent with the trend of changes in the simulation value,and the maximum relative error is 37.5%.
