摘要

输入轴内花键精度直接影响整车的噪音、振动及舒适性.针对影响内花键累积公差和跳动公差等问题,通过试制过程中数据收集以及工艺验证,对高精度内花键加工工艺进行优化.结果表明,齿坯加工工艺、拉花键装夹方式、拉床精度水平是影响内花键精度的关键因素.

Abstract

The spline precision of input shaft will directly affect the noise,vibration and comfort of the vehicle.Ac-cording to the factors that affect the total index variation and rocking motion of spline,the processing technology of high pre-cision internal spline is optimized through data collection and process verification in the trial production process.The facts show that the processing technology of the tooth blank,the clamping method of the spline and the accuracy level of the broaching machine are the key factors affecting the precision of the internal spline.It provides a reference for machining high precision internal spline parts.
