基于CATIA三维软件设计CrWMn合金工具钢冲孔工具,研究了刃部角度对冲孔工具耐冲击性能的影响及其失效形式.通过ABAQUS有限元仿真软件进行受力仿真,并进行试验验证和微观形貌分析,结果表明,冲孔工具应力集中主要发生在环形刃部区域,增加刃部角度可显著提高工具的耐冲击性能;冲孔工具的断裂失效区域均出现在环形刃部区域,断口整齐,失效形式为局部脆性断裂.
Optimization of Structural Performance of Punching Tool under Impact Load
In this paper,CATIA 3D drawing software is used to design a punching tool and CrWMn alloy tool steel is used to manufacture a punching tool.The influence of blade angle on the impact resistance of punching tools and their fail-ure forms are studied.The stress simulation is conducted by ABAQUS,and experimental verification and microscopic mor-phology analysis are conducted.The results show that the stress concentration of the punching tool mainly occurred in the annular edge area,and an increase in the angle of the edge can significantly improve the impact resistance of the tool.The fracture failure areas of punching tools all appear in the annular edge area,with neat fracture surfaces and localized brittle fracture as the failure form.
