T800级CFRP叠层ADU制孔工艺技术

T800 级CFRP因强度高、各向异性、层间强度低等特点,钻孔时易产生毛刺、分层等损伤,是典型的难加工材料.针对T800 级CFRP半自动制孔损伤、孔径和孔壁粗糙度波动等问题,采用两种高低转速的半自动制孔工具(ADU)进行制孔试验,比较分析制孔质量的变化趋势,从中选取适用于T800 级CFRP叠层ADU单工序制终孔工艺.
Study on ADU Drilling Technology of T800 Carbon Fiber Composites
Because of high strength,anisotropy and low inter-layer strength,the T800 carbon fiber composite material is prone to burr,lamination and other damage while drilling.In this paper,in order to study the T800 carbon fiber composite material semiautomatic drilling damage,diameter and roughness fluctuation,two kinds of ADU tools are adopted which have high and low different processing parameters,the trends of hole quality are compared and analyzed,the T800 carbon fiber composite material semiautomatic drill processing is selected.
