Measurement and International Comparison of High Quality Development of China's Service Trade:The Perspective of New Development Concept
The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that we should fully implement the new development concept,take high-quality development as the theme,and accelerate the building of a strong trading country.As an important part of international trade,the development quality of service trade has increasing-ly become a key indicator to measure the trading power.Based on the new development concept,combined with the connotation of high-quality development,this paper constructs a high-quality development index system of service trade,and uses entropy method to measure and compare the development level of service trade in 36 major countries around the world from 2010 to 2021.The results show that since 2010,the quality ranking of China's service trade has risen from 14th to 11th,and the gap with developed countries has gradually narrowed.In terms of different indicators,China's level of green and shared development in service trade is among the top in the world,but the level of innovation,coordinated and open development is relatively backward.Finally,according to the measurement and comparison results and the new development concept,countermeasures are put forward to promote the high-quality development of China's service trade.
