New Quality Productive Forces Enabling High-Quality Development of Foreign Trade:Theoretical Logic and Realization Path
To improve the quality and efficiency of development is the theme of the current era.In order to cope with the changes in science and technology industry,the competition game of great powers and the require-ments of economic development transformation on the development level of productivity,the concept of"new qual-ity productive forces"is innovatively proposed.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productive forces,this paper summarizes the theoretical logic that the new quality productive forces en-ables the high-quality development of foreign trade from three aspects:subversive innovation provides new impetus for the high-quality development of foreign trade,new elements provide new momentum for the high-quality de-velopment of foreign trade,and strategic emerging industries and future industries provide main support for the high-quality development of foreign trade.Finally,from improving the new nationwide system,tackling key core technologies,accelerating the integration of new data elements to break through the low-end lock,cultivating stra-tegic emerging industries and future industries to summarize the path of new quality productive forces to enable high-quality development of foreign trade.
