The New Characteristics,New Challenges and Countermeasures of China's High-Quality Development of Foreign Trade
Under the great changes in a century,the world has experienced the impact of COVID-19 pandem-ic,geopolitical conflicts,high inflation,debt crisis and other external factors,resulting in many uncertainties in global economic and trade relations,and the major adjustment of trade pattern is entering the deep water.China's foreign trade volume shows a steady and good trend,but the future growth still faces many uncertainties.China's"new three"exports have achieved breakthrough growth,leading the new trend of green international trade.The trade status of intermediate goods is prominent,and it is expected to become the ballast stone of the high quality and stable scale of foreign trade.Cross-border E-commerce grows opposite the trend and leads the vigorous develop-ment of new forms of foreign trade.Due to the unstable international situation,China's foreign trade still faces many new challenges.Foreign trade exports will soon face the problem of"carbon tariff"imposition,the global supply chain"De-Sinification"trend is obvious,and the key rules and issues of digital trade are difficult to reach consensus,which seriously restricts the process of high-quality development of foreign trade in China.To this end,this paper proposes some Chinese countermeasures such as promoting the high-quality development of green and low-carbon trade,strengthening industrial chain and supply chain by optimizing intermediate products,continuous-ly promoting trade mode innovation by using digital technology,and enhancing the discourse right of economic and trade rules,in an attempt to provide useful policy suggestions for helping China's foreign trade achieve high-quality development.
