Main Problems Facing Jointly Building the Digital Silk Road and the Solutions
The construction of the Digital Silk Road can be viewed from an ecological perspective.There is close symbiotic interdependence among countries within the ecosystem.However,under the influence of anti-glo-balization,the fragmentation of the global digital economy ecosystem has become an important obstacle to the con-struction of the Digital Silk Road.This article first analyzes the main issues facing the construction of the Digital Silk Road,including the fragmentation of industrial chains of the global digital economy,the gap in digital infra-structure construction,and alignment with international high-standard economic and trade rules.Then,it delves in-to the causes of the fragmentation of the global digital economy ecosystem from the perspectives of competition for dominance in the digital economy,imbalanced development of the digital economy,and differing interests in the digital economy.Finally,it proposes policy recommendations to accelerate the construction of the Digital Silk Road,including promoting the ecological construction of the Digital Silk Road industrial chain,strengthening the co-construction,co-governance,and sharing of digital infrastructure,and actively aligning with international high-standard digital economic and trade rules.
