摘要
宋代人们对苜蓿的形态较前代有了更深的了解.宋代有紫花苜蓿、黄花苜蓿、南苜蓿,品种较多,分布在西北、华北、西南等地,既有野生苜蓿的分布,也有人工种植苜蓿的记载.除有中央机构管理苜蓿外,地方官员的职能也会涉及对苜蓿的管理.苜蓿在宋代社会生活中扮演着重要角色,极大地影响着养马业的发展,食用和药用价值也受到了很大重视,也有许多文人将苜蓿作为诗词意象.
Abstract
People in the Song Dynasty have a deeper understanding of the form of alfalfa than their predecessors.In the Song Dynasty,there were purple alfalfa,yellow alfalfa and south-ern alfalfa,with more varieties,distributed in the northwest,North China,Southwest and other places,including the distribution of wild alfalfa and the artificial planting of alfalfa.In the Song Dynasty,in addition to the central institutions to manage alfalfa,the functions of local officials will also involve the management of alfalfa.Alfalfa played an important role in the social life of the Song Dynasty,it greatly affected the development of horse industry,ed-ible and medicinal value also received great attention,and many scholars took alfalfa as a po-etic image.
