清代盛京地区粮食地域性论析(1821-1895)

依据农业生产的自然环境、农作物轮作制度、居民饮食习惯等因素,盛京地区可分为东部山地区、中部平原区、西部低山丘陵区、南部半岛丘陵区和北部平原丘陵区五个农业小区.其中,东、南部为粮食基本自给区,中、西、北部为余粮区,粮食生产具有地域性.缘于辽河航运的日益勃兴和放垦政策等,盛京地区最重要的粮食出口地由锦州转为营口,粮食集散地亦不断北移,远达通江子以北,粮食运销具有地域性.连接粮食产地与集散地、出口地的是粮栈,其分布具有地域性.在供需关系、营口开埠和货币诸因素共同作用下,奉天府和锦州府在粮价变动方面亦存在明显的地域差异.
The Regional Analysis of Shengjing Area's Grain from 1821 to 1895
According to the natural environment of agricultural production,crop rotation systems,residents'eating habits,and so on,Shengjing area could be divided into five parts,including the eastern mountains,the central plains,the western hilly lands,the southern peninsula with hilly lands and the northern plain and hilly lands.The east and south are basic subsistence areas of grain,while the middle,west and north are surplus are-as,and grain production has regional characteristics.Due to the increasing prosperity of Li-aohe shipping and the reclamation policies,the most important grain exporter shifted from Jinzhou port to Yingkou port,and grain distribution center transferred to further north,as far as the place of the north of Tongjiangzi,and grain transportation and trade have regional characteristics.The grain store,which connects the grain producing area with the distribu-tion and export area,has regional characteristics.Under the long term effects of many fac-tors,such as the supply and demand relations,opening up of Yingkou and monetary policy,the regional difference of Mukden prefecture and Jinzhou prefecture is obvious in the change of grain price.
