摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ag0/ZnO光催化剂异质结.运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、孔隙比表面分析仪(BET)、X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)对光催化剂的晶体结构、比表面积、元素组成、光学吸收特性等进行了表征,证实了异质结的成功制备.用表面光电压仪(SPS)等对光催化剂的光生电荷分离特性进行了研究.通过降解有机模拟物罗丹明 B(RhB)来考察Ag0/ZnO 异质结的光催化活性.用四唑蓝(NBT)-·O2-反应考察了异质结光催化降解过程中·O2-的产率.结果表明,Ag与ZnO摩尔比为 6%的Ag0/ZnO光催化剂具有最佳的光催化活性,在汞灯的照射下,Ag0/ZnO光催化活性是参考ZnO的1.79倍.
Abstract
Ag0/ZnO photocatalytic heterojunctions were prepared by a sol-gel method.The crystal structures,specific surface area,element component and optical properties were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),energy dispersive spectrum(EDS)and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS).Surface photovoltage spectroscopy(SPS)was employed to study the separation of photoinduced carriers of the heterojunctions.Photocatalytic activity of the catalysts was tested on the degradation mode of Rhodamine B(RhB).The yield of·O2-during the photocatalytic degradation process was detected by tetrazolium blue(NBT)-·O2-experiment.When the molar ratio of Ag to ZnO is 6%,the resulting heterojunction exhibits best photocatalytic properties,and photocatalytic activity of 6% Ag0/ZnO is 1.79 times that of the reference ZnO under a mercury lamp irradiation.
