高通量制备AgCu系合金钎料的组织与性能研究

摘要
采用高通量6通道真空熔炼技术一步法制备了 Ag-28Cu、Ag-49Cu-5Ga、Ag-27Cu-11In、Ag-28Cu-1Ni、Ag-30Cu-10Sn、Ag-28Cu-2Ti合金铸锭棒材.采用金相显微镜,DSC差热分析仪,C、S分析仪,万能电子实验机等研究了合金的显微组织,各元素含量分布,熔化温度,碳和硫含量,焊接强度及清洁性和溅散性等.结果表明,6种AgCu系合金的组织均匀,C和S的含量低,合金与纯铜的焊接强度高,合金的清洁性达到Ⅰ级、溅散性达到A级.采用该工艺制备熔点差别不大的AgCu系合金钎料,制备效率大幅提高.
Abstract
Ag-28Cu,Ag-49Cu-5Ga,Ag-27Cu-11In,Ag-28Cu-1Ni,Ag-30Cu-10Sn,Ag-28Cu-2Ti alloy ingots were prepared by one-step process of high flux 6-channel vacuum melting technology.The microstructure,distribution of elements,melting temperature,content of carbon and sulfur,welding strength,cleanliness and sputtering properties of the alloy were studied by means of metallographic microscope,energy spectrum analyzer(EDS),DSC,C,S analyzer and universal electronic experimental machine.The results show that the six AgCu alloys have uniform microstructure,low content of C and S,high welding strength with pure copper,and the cleanliness and sputtering properties of the alloys reach Class Ⅰ and Class A.The preparation efficiency of AgCu alloy brazing alloy with little difference in melting point is greatly improved by this process.
