摘要
在众多VOCs治理策略中,催化燃烧技术凭借低能耗、低起燃温度、广泛适用性、高效处理能力和无二次污染排放等多方面优势,成为当前应用极为广泛的解决方案.而催化燃烧技术的关键在于研发出既高效又能控制成本的催化剂.本研究综述聚焦于基于不同载体的钯基催化剂在氧化挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)方面的应用.详细探讨了负载型金属催化剂的制备方法以及各种载体材料对钯基催化剂性能的影响,阐述了当前该领域面临的挑战和未来发展方向,旨在为进一步深入研究和开发高效钯基催化剂用于VOCs氧化提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
Among the many VOCs treatment strategies,catalytic combustion technology has become a widely used solution due to its advantages of low energy consumption,low ignition temperature,wide applicability,efficient treatment capacity and no secondary pollution emissions.The key to catalytic combustion technology is to develop catalysts that are both efficient and cost-contained.This review focuses on the application of palladium-based catalysts based on different supports for the oxidation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).The preparation methods of supported metal catalysts and the effects of various supports on the performance of palladium-based catalysts are discussed in detail,and the current challenges and future development directions in this field are described,aiming to provide a valuable reference for further research and development of high-efficiency palladium-based catalysts for VOCs oxidation.
