摘要
贵金属铑作为一种催化剂核心金属,被广泛应用于催化反应中,但由于铑化学惰性强,溶解度小,因此存在纯化难度高、铑损失严重等问题.本文总结了焚烧法、沉淀法、离子交换与吸附法、亚硝酸钠配合法和萃取法等从废催化剂中铑的回收工艺进展;本文还总结了近年来重量法、滴定法、分光光度法、原子吸收光谱法、X射线荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法和电感耦合等离子体-质谱法在废铑贵金属催化剂中测定铑含量的适用范围及其优缺点.最后本文对废催化剂中铑的回收及其铑含量分析方法研究做出了展望.
Abstract
Rhodium,as a core metal for catalysts,is extensively utilized in catalytic reactions.However,due to its high chemical inertness and low solubility,rhodium purification is difficult and there are serious losses of rhodium.This article summarizes the technological advancements in recovering rhodium from spent catalysts using methods such as incineration,precipitation,ion exchange and adsorption,sodium nitrite coordination,and extraction.Additionally,this article reviews the scope of application,strengths,and weaknesses of gravimetric analysis,titration,spectrophotometry,atomic absorption spectrometry,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry for determining rhodium content in waste precious metal catalysts containing rhodium in recent years.Finally,this article provides insights into future research on the recovery of rhodium from spent catalysts and the analytical methods for its content.
