黄山市丰乐水库浮游植物结构与环境影响因子相关性分析

为调查研究丰乐水库水生态状况,探究水库浮游植物群落结构与水环境因子的关系,在丰乐水库布置5个采样点进行了浮游植物和环境影响因子的调查监测;共鉴定出浮游植物7 门84 种,主要有蓝藻门、绿藻门和硅藻门,绝对优势种是水华微囊藻;通过冗余分析得出,CODMn、SD、WT、TN、DO对丰乐水库浮游植物结构有显著影响.根据本文研究结果,可制定防范丰乐水库产生水华现象、保护饮用水安全的措施.
Relationship between Phytoplankton Structure and Environmental Factors in Fengle Reservoir in Huangshan City
To investigate the ecological status of the water in Fengle Reservoir and explore the relationship between the phytoplankton community structure and water environmental factors,a survey was conducted at five sampling points in the reservoir.A total of 84 species of phytoplankton belonging to seven phyla were identified,with Cyanophyta,Chlorophyta,and Bacillariophyta being the main groups.The dominant species was Microcystis aeruginosa,known for causing algal blooms.Redundancy analysis revealed that CODMn,SD,WT,TN,and DO significantly influenced the phytoplankton structure in Fengle Reservoir.This study result is for developing measures to prevent algal blooms and protect drinking water safety in Fengle Reservoir.
