Practice and Effectiveness of Cross-Provincial Construction of Happy Rivers and Lakes in Yuandang
The construction of cross-provincial happy rivers and lakes not only meets the growing need of local communities for a beautiful ecological environment but also serves as an important practice in the ecological civilization construction of demonstration areas.This paper takes the cross-provincial lake Yuandang as an example,analyzing the main issues faced by the lake.Adopting a problem-oriented approach,it explores ways to achieve the creation of cross-boundary happy rivers and lakes through improving the water environment,enhancing the water ecology,and collaborative governance.The paper summarizes experiences from advancing river and lake special rectifications,innovating grassroots water environment management,and promoting regional coordinated development,with the aim of providing a reference for the construction of cross-boundary happy rivers and lakes in other regions.
