Based on the monthly water quality monitoring data of Zhoushan River from 2016 to 2023,this paper comprehensively analyzes the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the river's water quality using time series analysis and seasonal Kendall test methods.The results show that the overall water quality of Zhoushan River is good,with better water quality during the flood season than in the dry season,and relatively poorer water quality in spring and winter.Spatially,the water quality in the upstream is better than that in the downstream,and the upstream water quality shows a trend of improvement.The evaluation results provide technical reference and decision-making support for the protection of water resources in Zhoushan River.
