This paper takes Hanshan County as an example,focusing on analyzing the achievements and existing problems of grassroots water resource management from four aspects,"management team,reasonable water allocation,controlling water usage,and strengthening water protection".It proposes targeted suggestions,such as"building a skilled water resource management team,using water resources efficiently,strictly and meticulously managing water resources,and promoting water resource management reforms".The aim is to provide technical references for the standardized management of water resources in Hanshan County and explore a grassroots water resource management model that can be replicated and promoted,offering insights for the construction of a standardized system for grassroots water resource management in the new stage.
