Study on Estimation of Transparency of Hengshui Lake Based on Remote Sensing Technology
Transparency,as a fundamental parameter of water optical properties, holds significant practical importance in describing water environmental quality and governance. This paper addresses the long-term monitoring issue of transparency in Hengshui Lake.Utilizing chromaticity angle information from Landsat 8 satellite data, this paper develops a transparency retrieval model applicable to Hengshui Lake and examines its accuracy. Results indicate the reliability of the model with a determination coefficient(R2)of 0.7415.Building upon this,it conducts analysising of transparency in Hengshui Lake over a period of 10 years.Findings reveal that transparency in Hengshui Lake has exhibited certain fluctuations over the past decade but remains relatively stable. The impact of meteorological factors such as precipitation and temperature on transparency is relatively low.
