摘要
为了应对新一轮的能源和科技革命,石油公司积极推动油气产业与数字技术的融合,通过智能油田建设推动上游业务的数字化转型.生产指挥中心作为智能油田运营的重要载体,是上游石油企业数字化转型的重要组成部分.本文开展国内外典型石油公司生产指挥中心建设的实践调研,对生产指挥中心价值发挥的核心环节进行解析,归纳和总结经验启示,结合业务发展需求,设计了一套通用的生产指挥中心建设方案.构建油气生产运营四大中心,匹配实现远程操控、监控预警、协同运营和科学决策四大具体业务应用场景,助力油气田数字化转型和高质量发展.
Abstract
Oil companies actively promote the integration of the oil&gas industry with digital technology,and facilitate the digital transition of upstream business through the construction of intelligent oilfields to cope with the new round of energy and technological revolution.The production command center,as an important carrier of intelligent oilfield operations,is an important part of the digital transition of upstream oil companies.This paper carries out practical research on the construction of production command centers of typical oil companies at home and abroad,analyzes the core aspects of the value realization of production command centers,summarizes the experience and insights,and designs a set of general production command center construction plans in combination with business development needs.It builds four major oil and gas production and operation centers,and matches them to realize such four specific business application scenarios as remote control,monitoring and warning,cooperative operation,and scientific decision-making in order to help to realize digital transition and high-quality development of oil and gas fields.
