中国能源企业在全球能源治理中的角色研究

当前百年变局加速演进,地缘政治热点事件频发,美欧对俄制裁不断升级,国际能源的供需关系因各国政治站队而变得更加不稳定,凸显了现有全球能源治理体系的不足,能源治理体系进入重新调整时期.目前,中国能源企业已通过国际能源合作进行了能源治理的尝试并取得一定经验,但也面临诸多挑战,在全球能源治理中的话语权仍较弱.建议中国能源企业通过加强国际合作、打造清洁能源领域影响力、在能源合作中扩大人民币使用等多种方式,提高我国在全球能源治理中的话语权.
Abstract
With the acceleration of changes in the current century,frequent geopolitical hotspots,and the escalation of US and European sanctions against Russia,the international energy supply and demand relationship has become more unstable due to the political alignment of various countries,which highlights the inadequacy of the existing global energy governance system and institutions,and the energy governance system has entered a period of readjustment.At present,Chinese energy enterprises have tried and gained some experience in energy governance through international energy cooperation,but also face many challenges,still with a weak voice in global energy governance.It is suggested that Chinese energy enterprises should enhance China's voice in global energy governance by strengthening international cooperation,building influence in the field of clean energy,and expanding the use of RMB in energy cooperation.
